About Health For All
Health For All is a nonprofit free health care clinic that was founded in 1987. Virtually all of the clinic’s funding comes from local donors who live and/or do business in the Brazos Valley, and no state or federal funding is received. We provide free doctor visits, pharmaceuticals, specialist exams, lab tests, X-rays, chronic disease management education and counseling services to low income patients in the Brazos Valley who do not have health insurance and do not qualify for government programs such as Medicaid, Medicare or County Indigent funds.
Located at 3030 E 29th St #111, Bryan, TX 77802, Health For All operates as a medical clinic serving Bryan in Texas. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
In Bryan, urgent care centers are busiest on weekends and evenings when doctors' offices are closed, and most post their wait times online. Across Texas, primary care practices often have a waitlist for new patients, so establishing care before you need it saves time. For a dental emergency outside office hours, an urgent care center can prescribe antibiotics and pain relief but cannot fix the tooth; a hospital emergency room can treat swelling that affects breathing or swallowing. Check the listing for insurance, hours and whether telehealth visits are offered.
Hours are published for 5 days a week. On most of those days it is open 8:20 am–5 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Health For All at (979) 774-4176; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Its website is hlth4all.org, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
Its Google rating stands at 3.0 out of 5 from 32 reviews, which is below average for the category; consider the recent reviews carefully before visiting.
Bryan is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Getting around Bryan is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Texas's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Came in for a walk-in visit..was told they don’t do walk-ins. This need to be stated on the website. ALSO, having a RUDE receptionist isn’t good for business. A positive attitude goes a long way. If you don’t like you job then find something different. No one wants to deal with rude/snobby humans when life is already hard enough. HEALTH FOR ALL WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS. 3 STARS LOL MORE LIKE 1.

I’d like to preface this by saying that volunteers who give their time for others are amazing and I appreciate your efforts. NOW, if you’re going to volunteer, maybe don’t be unbelievably rude, heavy sigh when the patient is trying to explain their ailments, be snappy and ugly and make them feel like a massive inconvenience to your day. That’s the experience my mother just got from whatever admin was working the front desk. Health for All is listed as a clinic available to those with no insurance and low income, which my mother qualifies for, so why did this woman tell her (very rudely) that she couldn’t be treated? Probably shouldn’t be turning away patients before even understanding what’s going on with them. I’m sure she couldn’t even hear my mother over the dramatic inconvenienced sighs. Editing to add the most recent experience: I called this morning to make sure a doctor was onsite so my mother could do a walk-in appointment. I was told walk-ins fill up quickly and it would be better to make an appointment, and they were booked 3 weeks out. That’s fine, I told them to go ahead and get my mom scheduled for an appointment. They had to call back to schedule her, but when she sp

Came twice. Doctor advised to keep taking OTC stuff that I was already taking that wasn’t working. I named distinctly what I was having issues with and he only addressed about 2 of the issues. I just don’t feel like I received actual help nor was I actually cared for.

Its been a year since my Dad has been getting treatment from this facility consisting of volunteers and i cannot stress this enough no words are enough to express the gratitude i feel for these people. They treat you with respect, care and are genuinely doing everything in their power to provide their patients with the best possible treatment. I have high praise for Bernadette, Dr Stevens and all of the staff overall.

Dr. Nancy Dickey behaved very rudely & unprofessionally at my appointment. The service was fine if not for her actions. She gave me blatant misinformation regarding my situation & made comments that were unhelpful, unproductive & honestly quite inappropriate. If you receive care here & have her as your doctor, I wouldn’t believe a thing she says, extremely untrustworthy as a medical professional. Not to mention the way she treated a medical student trying to learn from her. Very disappointed.
